The Alfa Romeo Formula One team have signed a technical partnership with Fix Network.

Confirmed:

  • Agreement focuses on increasing the automotive aftermaket company’s brand awareness
  • Fix Network will also benefit from knowledge sharing in areas such as aerodynamics, materials science and data analysis
  • Company branding will be visible on the car’s inner rear wing endplates

Context:

Fix Network operates an extensive network of locally owned and run collision, glass and mechanical repair facilities for ‘hassle-free’ vehicle care and services in more than 20 countries worldwide. The agreement came into effect from last weekend’s Qatar Grand Prix.

As a global leader in the automotive aftermarket sector, Fix Network are used to providing excellence to their customers, an approach we are committed to as well.

“Throughout this partnership, Alfa Romeo F1 Team Stake will help Fix Network gain exposure to the huge international audience of Formula One, boosting their brand recognition and helping them market their products and services to a diverse and engaged global audience.

“There will also be a significant opportunity to exchange know-how, and to introduce Fix Network to fields, such as materials science, in which Alfa Romeo F1 Team Stake is at the forefront of development.”

Coming next:

There is no mention of the length of this deal in the announcement, which implies that it is only running for the rest of this season. The team is slowly transitioning towards becoming an Audi works team, with the German automaker set to own 50 per cent of Sauber Group by next season.
