Right Formula acquires Crunch Communications to bolster F1 capabilities

Crunch joins with immediate effect but will continue to operate independently.

Sponsorship consultancy Right Formula has acquired the entire issued share capital of specialist motorsport agency Crunch Communications.

Crunch will join the Right Formula group immediately but continue to operate as an independent organisation.

While Crunch brand will continue to operate as a distinct business unit, the agency will ‘progressively integrate its expertise, systems, and talent’ into the wider organisation, according to Right Formula.

Together, the two agencies already support more than 40 international brands, work with every Formula One team, and maintain long-standing relationships with Formula One itself.
