Formula One and Nova Group have agreed a TV rights deal in Czechia and Slovakia.
Confirmed:
- Exclusive rights deal commences from the start of the 2024 season
- Length of contract unconfirmed, but previous deals in the region have been three years in length
Context:
Nova Group held the rights to Formula One between 2006 and 2014, before losing out to AMC. The broadcaster signed its last extension in 2020, but the rights will revert back to Nova Group once this expires in 2023.

Translation: The Nova Group has acquired the exclusive broadcasting rights to Formula One. From 2024, TV viewers in Czechia and Slovakia can look forward to the broadcast of the prestigious world motor racing series on Nova Sport.
