Extreme E will continue to be broadcast in Ireland with Virgin Media following a two-year contract extension.
Confirmed:
- Extreme E will air on VMTV, along with a variety of highlights shows
- Extends broadcast relationship that began in 2021, Extreme E’s debut season
Context:
This contract extension follows the news that the all-electric off-road SUV championship will pivot to hydrogen from 2025. While the branding will shift to Extreme H, little else will change for a series striving to raise awareness of places affected by climate change and provide a technological testbed for future technologies.
