McLaren Racing appoints Stephanie Carlin as F1 business operations director

McLaren Racing has appointed Stephanie Carlin as F1 business operations director.

Confirmed:

• Carlin will report directly to team principal Andrea Stella
• She will oversee a variety of activity related to Formula One operations, including F1 Academy participation

Context:

Carlin will join up with the team from January 2024 from Rodin Carlin, where she was team principal of the Formula Three and F1 Academy teams, in addition to being team principal of Lewis Hamilton’s X44 team in Extreme E.
