McLaren Racing has extended and expanded its partnership with US-based fleet management company Merchants Fleet.
Confirmed:
- Contract will now cover both the Extreme E and Formula E teams
- Branding will continue to be present on the Extreme E car and driver race suits
Context:
The partnership began in November 2021, with Merchants Fleet linking up with the McLaren Extreme E team. The goal was to focus on accelerating both brands’ sustainability journeys and to promote diversity, equality and inclusion (DE&I). The extension of the partnership will see McLaren continue to support Merchants’ Acceler8 ESG programme, focussing on electrification and DE&I.
