Aston Martin F1 pen multi-year JCB extension

Equipment manufacturer has been heavily involved in construction of team's new headquarters.

The Aston Martin Formula One team have penned a multi-year extension with British equipment manufacturer JCB.

Contract:

  • Multi-year agreement focuses on continued support on and off track
  • Contract seeks to enable knowledge exchange and focus on sustainable business practices

Context:

This represents a continuation of a partnership that began in 2019, with JCB heavily involved in the construction of Aston Martin’s state-of-the-art headquarters, which opened its first phase in summer 2023.

The company’s equipment continues to be utilised in the construction of two additional facilities that will house the team’s new wind tunnel, as well as its events and wellbeing space.

Jefferson Slack, managing director for commercial and marketing at Aston Martin, said: “We’re delighted to renew our partnership with our friends at JCB as we head into the 2024 season – our sixth season together.

“This incredibly successful relationship has brought together two British icons, and there is much more to come as we continue to work closely to improve the team’s on and off-track operations.”
