Digital media racing network Veloce has launched VEXT, a blockchain utility and governance token, in collaboration with Web 3.0 developer MDRxTech.
Confirmed:
- VEXT will allow token holders to integrate within the Veloce ecosystem
- Token to offer holders a 'tangible influence' on the direction of assets within the Veloce group, including teams, talent, leagues, and content
- Transactions will be possible across games and live interactive sports features,
- Veloce to reward engagement with tokens, early access to merchandise and real-world events
Context: The Veloce brand comprises Veloce Esports, the gaming and racing platform, and Veloce Racing, currently competing in the all-electric off-road Extreme E championship. The Veloce network has attracted 35 million subscribers and receives nearly one billion monthly views.
