The Supercars Championship has agreed a naming rights deal with automotive filtration specialist Ryco Filters for the Enduro Cup.

Contract:

  • Ryco Filters joins as title partner of the Enduro Cup until 2027
  • Agreement sits alongside Ryco’s existing deal as the series’ official filtration partner

Context:

Ryco first came on board with Supercars in 2022 as official filtration partner, and was then heavily involved in developing a range of oil, air and fuel filters for the series’ new generation of cars introduced in 2023. This technology has significantly improved the average engine life in Supercars, extending it from 4,500km to 8,000km between rebuilds.

Comment:

“The Enduro Cup is one of the toughest prizes to win in Australian sport. You’ve got two drivers, one car, and some of the biggest challenges in motorsport – and only the most complete teams come out on top,” said Jamie Black, chief revenue officer of Supercars.

“Ryco’s commitment to excellence and innovation makes them the ideal partner for this endurance showdown, and we’re thrilled to see Ryco step up as the Enduro Cup makes its much-anticipated return.”

Coming next:

The Enduro Cup is part of Supercars’ new season format which sees the usual calendar split into three sections. It features just two races, but it is headlined by the iconic Bathurst 1000 from 9th to 12th October. The Enduro Cup gets underway with The Bend 500 from 12th to 14th September.
