Nascar has launched its immersive gaming experience Nascar Speed Hub on the Roblox video game platform.
Confirmed:
- Nascar partners with metaverse studio Dubit
- The experience also builds around a collaboration with Jailbreak developer Badimo
- Players will be able to design cars, unlock exclusive virtual items, play minigames and connect to other popular experiences on the platform
- Plans to include additional user-generated and official content in future
Context: Roblox is an online gaming platform that allows users to create their own games and play others made by fellow users. Players can compete in a time trial mode called 'Quest for Diamonds', and Jailbreak players will be rewarded with a limited-time Nascar-themed 75th anniversary skin upon completion.
