DHL extends logistics collaboration with MotoGP

Multi-year deal expands to include all-electric motorcycling series MotoE.

Logistics company DHL has extended its partnership with MotoGP and expanded the contract to include MotoE.

  • DHL’s partnership with MotoE will focus on advancing e-mobility
  • MotoGP extension will take DHL collaboration beyond ten years

DHL has been the official logistics partner of MotoGP since 2015, while the company has similar deals with global motorsport series including Formula One and Formula E. The expansion to include MotoE will take a similar form to the deal with Formula E, especially with the focus on sustainability.

“We’re very happy that DHL is expanding its partnership in motorcycle racing, including MotoE alongside MotoGP,” says Marc Saurina, head of global commercial partnerships at Dorna Sports.

“The MotoGP paddock is a racing laboratory with a deep commitment to sustainable innovation, and MotoE is a vital part of our mission to have a positive impact on global sustainability goals. The partnership with DHL is key to continued success.”
