The Ferrari Formula One team have announced a contract renewal with Harman Automotive.
Contract:
- Described as a ‘natural continuation’ of the collaboration between the two parties
- Samsung Electronics subsidiary’s branding will be visible next to the cockpit
Context:
It is unclear how this deal has changed, as the original contract between Ferrari and Harman Automotive was announced as a multi-year deal in early 2023. The company originally signed on as the team’s official in-cabin experience partner, but there is no mention of this in the latest renewal.
Comment:
A Ferrari statement read: ‘This is a natural continuation of the collaboration between Ferrari and [Harman Automotive] which shares the same values, especially a passion for high performance and advanced technological research, placing the customer experience in the automotive field at the heart of its business.’
