F1 week in deals: Red Bull lock down Oracle title sponsorship extension as McLaren flex commercial muscle

With the start of the 2026 Formula One season just over a week away, teams continue to secure new partnerships ahead of the Australian Grand Prix.

Haas

Partner: Singha

Details:
The collaboration will showcase various marketing initiatives, fan engagement activities, and hospitality experiences. It will place a particular focus on hospitality through a wider range of beer brands and sodas under Singha Corporation. The deal will see Singha branding visible on the team cars, driver racesuits and team apparel.


McLaren

Details:
The partnership, which began in 2018, provides critical infrastructure to support McLaren in the design, development and operation of the race cars throughout the season. Dell will continue to provide the computing tools, including PCs and infrastructure, that enable McLaren’s staff to collaborate globally and respond quickly to the demands of Formula One. Dell Technologies branding will continue to be visible on the McLaren cars throughout 2026 and beyond.

Etihad will support both the Formula One and the World Endurance Championship (WEC) teams throughout their global calendars. In Formula One, Etihad branding will feature on the McLaren rear wing and halo, as well as the driver helmets. The deal also includes extensive digital and experiential rights, enabling McLaren and Etihad to create various fan experiences over the course of the partnership. Etihad will also brand one of its flagship Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft in McLaren colours.

Racing Bulls

The team will continue to be officially known under the moniker of ‘Visa Cash App Racing Bulls’. The latest deal also introduces significant new branding rights, enhanced hospitality assets and immersive experiential opportunities.


Red Bull

Red Bull and Oracle say this is a continuation of ‘the most integrated team technology partnership’ in the sport. Both Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle AI underpin the 2026 debut of the hybrid engine produced by Red Bull Ford Powertrains. OCI will also allow the team to run much more advanced race simulations. The two parties will work together to implement a new AI-powered strategy agent which will automate data collection, interpret historical and real-time race inputs, and surface insights to help engineers respond more quickly to changing conditions. Red Bull will also use Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications for finance, human resources (HR), and marketing to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance the employee and fan experience.

The agreement gives Damac access to Red Bull’s global footprint, with a particular focus on the Formula One races in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar, giving access to both local and international audiences. Company branding will appear on the Red Bull car’s halo and side pods, as well as the team principal and driver team kit, helmets and racesuits.

The expanded partnership means Visa branding will continue on the front wing of this year’s car, while it has also secured exclusive rights within the retail banking category alongside expanded pass-through rights. Visa will also play a prominent role in the Red Bull Showrun Tour kicking off in the US with events in San Francisco, Phoenix, Detroit and Atlanta, with plans to expand the initiative globally.


Williams

Partner: M&S

Details:
M&S will outfit the Williams team with kit for travel between races, with a particular focus on building the profile of the brand abroad. M&S now operates in over 70 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the US and Australia, and has seen particularly significant growth in its Autograph menswear brand which has quadrupled in value over the past three years. The partnership will include major activations at Silverstone, behind-the-scenes content, and select fan-facing activations.
