Formula One team Williams Racing has announced a new partnership with The Point.1888 in a bid to boost its brand licensing programme.

The UK-based agency will work with Williams on extending their retail licensing operation. Specifically, the Point.1888 will work on creating a new range of products for fans, helping the team to select licensees with the same core values.

The deal is designed to grow engagement with Williams Racing globally, helping to boost revenue and increase brand loyalty.

"We are excited to have The Point.1888 on board to extend our brand licensing programme and to enable us to work with businesses we never thought we would," said Tim Hunt, commercial and marketing director for Williams Racing.

The 2021 Formula One season continues on 2nd May at Portimao, Portugal.
