  • Deal to cover 2022 season

Nascar Cup Series team Stewart-Haas Racing (SHR) have agreed a new partnership with Indian multinational conglomerate Mahindra for the 2022 season.

As part of the deal, Mahindra Tractors, Mahindra's farming arm, will receive branding on the bodywork of SHR's number 14 car, driven by Chase Briscoe.

The sponsorship is due to begin with Clash at the Coliseum, before heading on to the traditional season opener of the Daytona 500 on 20th February.

"Nascar, Stewart-Haas Racing and Mahindra’s shared values form a strong platform for us to connect with existing and potential customers," said Viren Popli, president and chief executive of Mahindra North America.

"Our partnership with SHR provides an opportunity to tell our story to the wide audience of Nascar fans who enjoy the outdoors and working their land.

"Chase Briscoe and Tony Stewart are relatable men of great character who have worked hard to get where they are today. Like our dealers, they have a tough work ethic and the drive to be successful. We are proud to have them representing the brand."
