Talladega Superspeedway has announced a new partnership with snack brand Jack Link’s for its Nascar Cup Series race in April.
Contract:
- Jack Link’s becomes entitlement partner of the spring Cup Series race at Talladega Superspeedway
- Event will be known as the Jack Link’s 500
Context:
The deal sees Jack Link’s expand its presence in Nascar after it was announced as the official meat snack of the stock car racing series from the start of the 2025 season.
The company takes over as title sponsor of the Talladega race from Geico, which has held the naming rights since 2015. It comes after Nascar confirmed that the insurance firm will depart the series’ premier partnership programme at the end of this year.
Comment:
“Joining up with Jack Link’s for our spring Cup Series race is the perfect match for Talladega Superspeedway and allows us to have some creative ideas throughout the partnership,” said Talladega Superspeedway president Brian Crichton.
“I’m looking forward to hanging out with Sasquatch, and also the amazing team at Jack Link’s, as the possibilities are endless for what we can do with this prestigious brand.”
Coming next:
The Jack Link’s 500 will take place on 27th April 2025.
