  • Partnership dates back to 2019
  • Ferrari ersonnel get access to VistaJet's fleet for team-related travel
  • WEC expansion the first step outside of Formula One

Context: This marks the fifth season of VistaJet's partnership with the Ferrari Formula One team, and the expansion means both the Formula One and WEC teams will have access to over 360 aircraft around the world.

Comment: Benedetto Vigna, chief executive of Ferrari, said: “With the Formula One team about to embark on a season featuring 23 Grands Prix, and our 499P programme making its debut on the endurance racing scene, time management is fundamental. The partnership with VistaJet means team personnel can fly to airports very close to the race venues and benefit from personalised take-off slots, an important factor that can translate into a competitive edge on track.”

Coming next: The Formula One team is currently in Bahrain for pre-season testing, while the WEC season gets underway at the 1000 Miles of Sebring on 17th March.
