F1’s Miami GP names Draiver as official event supporter

Includes entitlement of hospitality village, Turn 18 Suites and Turn 18 Club.

Formula One's Miami Grand Prix has named Draiver as an official event supporter for the upcoming global motorsport series event.

Contract:

  • Deal includes entitlement of the hospitality village, Turn 18 Suites and Turn 18 Club
  • Branding also to be displayed on roof at turn five and the Baptist Health Training Complex

Context: The on-demand private vehicle delivery service was founded in 2013, and this represents its first step into motorsport sponsorship. Organisers of the Miami event will be hoping that sponsors depart this weekend in better spirits following an underwhelming experience last year.

Comment: Jeremy Walls, senior vice president and chief revenue officer of the Hard Rock Stadium and the Miami Grand Prix, said: “Through the engagement across the Turn 18 Club, Suites and MIA hospitality village it’s great to be able to partner with Draiver building on our relationship as a trusted source that has already transported our Miami Formula One showcar to the Miami International Autodrome.”

Coming next: The Miami Grand Prix takes place this weekend from 5th to 7th May, reverting back to the traditional schedule following the controversial sprint format used in Azerbaijan.
