Envision Formula E team announce multi-year partnership with Pulsar Helium

DS Penske also achieve three-star environmental accreditation from FIA.

Formula E’s Envision Racing have announced a multi-year partnership with Pulsar Helium and DS Penske have achieved three-star environmental accreditation from the International Automobile Federation (FIA).

Confirmed:

  • Pulsar becomes official partner of Envision Racing and secures branding on the nose of the car
  • The company will also support the team's 'race against climate change' sustainability programme
  • DS Penske are the tenth Formula E team to achieve the FIA's top environmental accreditation

Context: Pulsar is a developer of primary helium projects and is looking to utilise the partnership to grow its brand awareness and wider business. For DS Penske, the three-star environmental accreditation is a requirement to race in Formula E, but new entrants are given an extension to achieve the mark.

Comment: Sylvain Filippi, managing director at Envision Racing, said: “We are proud to welcome Pulsar Helium to the Envision Racing family of partners. Helium is key component in automotive engineering and primary helium will play an important role in the green transition and Pulsar’s commitment to primary helium was a great fit for us and our audience. We’re looking forward to working with the team.”

Coming next: Five rounds into its 2023 season, Formula E returns for the São Paulo ePrix on 25th March.
