DTM and DAZN agree non-exclusive broadcast deal

German Touring Car Masters (DTM) has signed a non-exclusive one-year deal with sports streaming service DAZN.

Confirmed:

  • Contract covers Spain, Belgium, France, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Israel and South Korea
  • The agreement with Spain will see DTM available exclusively on DAZN
  • Deal also includes the broadcast rights to GT Masters and GT4

Context: This broadcast deal follows the extension of DTM’s agreement with Red Bull-owned ServusTV in Germany and Austria until 2025.

Comment: A DAZN statement said: ‘This partnership reflects DAZN’s ongoing commitment to providing sports fans with high-quality and engaging content across multiple markets as it aims to deliver unparalleled access to exhilarating races, compelling behind-the scenes stories and captivating features that showcase the best of motorsports through hours and hours of streamed content.’

Coming next: The agreement sees DAZN secure rights to the three motorsport series, as well as an array of supplementary live and non-live motorsport content.
