Find out more about the global business community providing a platform for industry leaders to learn, communicate and conduct business with one another.

BlackBook Motorsport is the global business community for top level motorsport, providing a platform for industry leaders to learn, communicate and conduct business with one another.

Through a network of connected and influential motorsport professionals, this community provides the perfect platform to learn and develop within the industry.

From international series promoters and suppliers and services in motorsport to brands, race teams and OEMs, venues and circuits, the BlackBook community covers all bases. It grants members the opportunity to use BlackBook’s platforms to amplify their message.

“The BlackBook is a great platform to share thoughts and keep up the interaction with key players in the industry,” said Michael Dreiser, director for motorsport sales at Porsche.

“A regular exchange is, in my view, essential to create a joint understanding and also tackle problems and challenges together.

“The BlackBook provides various opportunities to drive that interaction – from public, interactive forums to more closed circle sessions which provide a framework of confidentiality.”

Events, both in-person and virtual, allow for direct introductions and qualified lead generation, as well as the establishment of new relationships. The BlackBook Motorsport Forum – this year taking place on Thursday 27th April – is the flagship event for the business community in motorsport.

Prior to the Forum, there is a VIP dinner being held in London, with Formula E driver Lucas di Grassi delivering a keynote speech. Click here for more information.

There are also summer, autumn and winter receptions to enjoy, with last year’s events featuring guest talks from former Formula One driver David Coulthard and Formula One chief technical officer Pat Symonds.

You can also engage virtually with BlackBook Motorsport Direct, a series of informative, educational talks delivered directly to you. The previous session saw Harry Benjamin sit down with Bobby Epstein, chief executive of the Circuit of The Americas and look at the expanding influence of the US in Formula One. To access the session on demand, sign up here.

There will be further talks confirmed throughout the year, with previous speakers including the likes of Nico Rosberg, Lucas di Grassi and Mark Webber. Quarterly member-only networking rooms are also held to meet, share and learn from other industry professionals.

Michael Lock, chief executive of American Flat Track, expanded: “Membership of the BlackBook Motorsport community has been both educational and very helpful in making key contacts to help innovation in our motorcycle racing series.”

Outside of events, BlackBook Motorsport has an advisory board which serves to discuss problems and solutions affecting the industry, and each member actively contributes in the decisions for future BlackBook projects and events to ensure we continue to meet industry expectations.

A similar working group has also been established to promote sustainable practices in motorsport, with electric-specific content coming soon from the recently launched Electric Energies Commission.
