The Aston Martin Formula One team have agreed a pair of sponsorship deals with AvaTrade and Globe-Trotter.
Contract:
- AvaTrade becomes the team's trading partner
- Globe-Trotter signs on as global luxury luggage partner
Context: The deal with Globe-Trotter is described as being a 'long-term agreement', whereas it appears the contract with AvaTrade is just for the 2023 season. Aston Martin also recently agreed a deal with investment bank Citi.
Comment: Jefferson Slack, managing director, commercial and marketing at Aston Martin, said: “We are very proud to team up with Globe-Trotter, a luxury brand that shares many parallels with AMF1. Travelling around the world is part and parcel of what we do. It is [also] hugely exciting to welcome AvaTrade as the official trading partner of AMF1.”
Coming next: Both brands will be visible on the new car when it's unveiled at the team's Silverstone campus on 13th February.
