Aston Martin F1 adds Banco Master deal

British team agrees Brazilian banking partnership.

The Aston Martin Formula One team have agreed a regional partnership with Brazilian financial services firm Banco Master.

Contract:

  • Banco Master becomes the team’s official Brazilian banking partner
  • Company branding to be present on the car’s rear wing endplates

Context: This represents a continuation of a theme for the Silverstone-based outfit. With Brazilian reserve driver Felipe Drugovich signed before the start of the season, the team are garnering attention in his home country, and this is the third sponsorship deal signed as a result. The team have a one-year deal with insurance brand Porto Seguro and a multi-year deal agreed with investment management company XP.

Comment: Jefferson Slack, managing director of commercial and marketing for the Aston Martin Formula One team, said: “We are thrilled to be able to help and support the future of Brazil’s motorsports legacy – we are undertaking a significant development programme with Felipe as he learns more about the science and engineering of Grand Prix racing – and we are keen to help further the growth of Formula One across Brazil.”
