The Aston Martin Formula One team have agreed a partnership with IT talent matching firm Circle8.
Contract:
- Branding will be visible on the car from this weekend’s Spanish Grand Prix
- Company will assist the Silverstone-based outfit with talent acquisition as it continues to expand
Context:
Aston Martin have grown rapidly in the last four years, doubling its workforce to more than 850 people at its new headquarters at Silverstone. To assist with the next phase of its growth plans, the team will use Circle8’s approach to staffing called ‘Total Talent Flow’, which is focused on finding the perfect match for candidates and employers.
