Chip Ganassi Racing, Arrow McLaren, and Team Penske are far and away the most popular teams in IndyCar. In fact, the combined followings of the six smallest teams would only be enough for fourth place overall.
The teams cannot compete with the drivers, though. Ex-Formula One drivers Mick Schumacher and Romain Grosjean have the biggest followings, while Mexican star Pato O’Ward highlights the power of a loyal native fanbase.
